How to Apply for Township Assistance
Township Assistance (TA) is available for those facing extreme financial hardship, and who are at risk of eviction or having their utilities disconnected. Our Township can also provide limited medication assistance, including insulin assistance, for residents in extreme financial hardship.
You can find the checklist with the necessary documents below. Once you have collected the necessary documents and filled out the online or printed TA-1, you can schedule an appointment with us. If you do not have access to a printer, we have Township Assistance application packets available at the Township Trustee's office, which is located at:
